Prior to interviewing guests for the second segment, MDE's World Language Coordinator Jan Kittok is introduced to talk about Minnesota's Chinese language initiative and the Visiting Teacher Program. In the second segment, Commissioner Seagren is joined by Betsy Lueth, executive director of Yinghua Academy and two teachers from China participating in the Visiting Teacher Program, Wang Pei and Zeng Zhaoyan. Three students from Yinghua Academy talk about their Chinese language immersion experience.}
